Your Privacy

When you begin the assessment we ask for your first name and email address so your progress can be saved and you can return from any device. We store your answers to the questions, your score, and the report we build from them.

If you choose the complete assessment, you also tell us the names and email addresses of the people you would like to invite. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your details let us deliver the assessment itself: your private return link, your invitations, your receipt, and your report. That happens for everyone who takes the assessment, whether or not you opt in to anything else.

With your permission, we also email you updates, coaching invitations, and news about changes to the assessment. Permission is yours to give or withhold, it is recorded with the date you gave it, and it changes nothing about the report you receive.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, your email address, or your assessment answers to anyone. We do not share them with advertisers. Your answers are read by you, and by Sherice when she reviews results with a client who has asked for that conversation.

A small number of services do specific jobs for us: our platform host runs the website and the database, Stripe processes payment, and GoHighLevel sends and tracks our email. Each one handles your information under its own privacy terms and only for the job we hired it to do.

Raters receive one invitation and, if needed, a reminder or two. Their names, email addresses, and answers are used for one purpose: to build your report. We do not add raters to a marketing list, and we do not sell their details.

Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends those messages. You can also reply to any email from us and say stop. We honor requests promptly, and your assessment messages continue if you want them.

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to remove it. Reply to any email from us and it reaches Sherice's team directly, and we will confirm what we changed.

We keep your assessment so your private link keeps working and your report stays available. When you ask us to remove your record, we do, apart from anything we are required to keep for accounting.

If our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top moves. Material changes to how we use email will be announced in the assessment itself, not only here.
